Frozen foods also figured in Costco's recent sales results. According to Grocery Dive, CFO Gary Millerchip said on the company's Sept. 24, 2026 earnings call that frozen foods were a key driver of food and sundries comparable-store sales. Sales in that category increased in the low-to-mid single digits during the fiscal fourth quarter, the 16 weeks ended Aug. 30, 2026.
